Wine, Swine, Berries and Bubbles Chocolate Pairing

5  different wines with BACON and BERRIES covered from unique Chocolates from around the world; along with Chocolate fondue and single origin Chocolate samples

We begin with a Chocolate Fondue or two or maybe some handmade Chocolate Truffles and a bit of bubbles.  After everyone arrives, we will have a quick lesson in how to properly taste wine. Then we will begin a conversation on Wine, Swine, Berries, Bubbles, and Chocolate.  During this time we will drink additional wines that are paired with additional chocolates.

A local Chocolatier, Kevin Roblee of Kokku Chocolate, will guide everyone through learning about and tasting the finest chocolates from around the globe. This time around we have added CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON. Nothing like a bacon lollipop covered in world class chocolate.

Taste the true essence of Single Origin Chocolate made from a varietal bean found only in specific geographies of the world. These chocolates are meant to highlight the beans inherent natural flavor profile.

Each of the imported chocolates will also be available for purchase following the event. Due to their exclusive nature these items are not found in stores, EXCEPT at LAC.

Christopher Libby or Janel Syron, both Certified Sommelier’s of Life’s A Cabernet will present the wines and proper tasting methods. Together the two experts provide a dialogue about single origin chocolate’s artisan qualities and marriage to wine.

Occasionally there may be a different, but equally qualified, Chocolatier or Sommelier presenting.  Please note we have a 5 day cancellation policy for all events and refunds are not available.

Monday-Thursday events beging at 7:00pm.
Friday and Saturday events begin at 7:00 and 9:00pm.
Sunday Events begin at 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
